TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you an Order Confirmation email to let you know when we’ve despatched your order and how to track it. If you are unable to accept a delivery for any reason, you can arrange to deliver to a neighbour or redeliver the next available day by simply replying to the text message or despatch email.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT AT HOME FOR THE DELIVERY
Our courier will leave a card with options for redelivery. They may also try a next door neighbour to see if they will accept the parcel on your behalf.
I'VE RECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCTS, WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS?
