1.How do I track my order?

  • Next, enter your email/phone number, your order number OR alternatively the tracking number you have been texted/ emailed.
  • Click ‘Track my order’ (this will send straight to the GFS Checkout)
  • We deliver in Europe, Asia, and Middle East. Due to COVID-19, air-travel has been restricted, which impacts our ability to deliver products as quickly and efficiently as we do during normal times.
  • For international deliveries the estimated date will be provided once the parcel is collected by the local courier. If you have provided a valid mobile number on your order, the courier will also send you SMS delivery notifications. Emails and SMS updates depends on the local post authorities.
  • You'll be able to track the progress of your delivery if it's been sent with a trackable service.

2. When will I know you have received my order ?

Once you have placed the order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please note it may have reached your junk/spam folder! 
When will I know you have shipped my order?
Once our warehouse has received and shipped the order, you will receive an email and/or a text with your shipping information- where you are able to track your information and choose a delivery slot time.

3. Will I need to pay any Customs Charge on my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on customs charges- as this may vary and we would recommend consulting with your customs office. Local Laws and custom charges must be payable by the customer and are not covered by Skin Chemists.

4. I have received my product- how do I leave a review?

Feefo will send you an email 15 days after your purchase. In that email will be a link to where you can leave your fantastic review.
Please note that your email may have been sent to your junk/spam instead of your main inbox.

5. What happens if I am missing an item?

If you have ordered a pre-order product from us, you will receive a separate dispatch email confirmation of your order and shipping from us. If you are missing an item stated in your invoice, please email: helpdesk@skinchemists.com . Please ensure you include your order number and the full name of the product.

6. What if my product is damaged?

If you feel your product is damaged, please contact helpdesk@skinchemists.com. Please include images and names of the products damaged so that we can act accordingly.

7. How do I cancel my order?

As soon as you place your order, the warehouse start packing the order and therefore there is a chance we may be unable to cancel your order.

8. What if I want to amend my order?

If you want to amend it straight after ordering please contact helpdesk@skinchemists.com, straight away and we will do our best to change this for you.
