A few days after you have received your product, you will receive a reviewers feedback email from Feefo, this is to be filled out honestly with your opinion about the product you have used. Additionally, you can share your review via video on Facebook or Instagram.

You will be asked to make a minimum contribution of £4.99 to the cost of products unless you are a Star Reviewer. P&P will always be required. Certain reviewers will be offered a refund on costs if they leave video reviews of standard the company deems commercially broadcast-able.

You are required to leave feedback within 30 days of receiving the product, failure to do so will remove you from the “Reviewers Club” and any potential discounts in the future, or re-admission to the “Reviewers Club”.
