skinChemists Reviewers Club
1. Membership
By subscribing to the skinChemists Reviewers Club, members agree to these Terms & Conditions. Membership provides access to receive selected skincare products each month in exchange for a subscription fee.
2. Subscription Fee
Membership costs €9.99 for the first 3 months and then €19.99+ P&P per month, excluding delivery charges. Payment will be taken automatically each month through the payment method provided at the time of subscription.
3. Products Provided
Members will receive two skincare products per month, selected by skinChemists. Products may include full-size items, samples, or new product launches. Product selection may vary each month and cannot be chosen by members.
4. Reviews & Feedback
Members are encouraged to leave honest reviews and feedback about the products they receive. Reviews may be used by skinChemists for marketing, website content, or social media purposes.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery fees are not included in the subscription price and will be charged separately where applicable. Shipping times may vary depending on location and availability.
6. Cancellation
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after billing has been processed will apply to the following month.
7. Returns & Refunds
Products received through the Reviewers Club are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If a product arrives damaged, members should contact customer support within 7 days of delivery.
8. Fair Use
Membership is intended for personal use only. Reselling products received through the Reviewers Club is not permitted.
9. Changes to the Program
skinChemists reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Reviewers Club or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
