Experience a variety of products every month from our world-renowned skincare, luxurious lip treatments, innovative hair care and loads more. You’re able to manage your subscription at any time by visiting the ‘My Account’ page where you can cancel your subscription or update your shipping address.

Each month we'll send you 4 new full size treatments from our family of skinChemists luxurious treatments. As we don't want to overload you on the same type of skincare products, our beauty box will contain a variety of lip treatments, hair care, body care, facial skincare and loads more.

Typically the costs of each of these items are worth over £200.00. For a limited-time, a monthly subscription with no long-term requirement costs just £24.99 per month. 

After checkout, you will be able to access your subscription profile on your ‘My Account’ page, this is where you will be able to cancel your subscription, amend your delivery address or make any further changes if necessary.

We’ll dispatch your first box as soon as you checkout and it will arrive within 5-7 working days (usually earlier). After this, your box will be shipped 30 days from your last corresponding order. You will always be notified once your box is shipped.

If you wish to send our Beauty Box to someone else, you will be able to enter a different delivery address at checkout. Alternatively if you already have a subscription and want to send next month’s box to a different address, you can change your delivery address through the subscription portal on the ‘My Account’ page.

Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 90 days of your order’s purchase date. After 90 days we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced. When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you have a standard monthly paying subscription and want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time.
